Refund policy

1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every jar of PetCore comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you don't see a difference within 60 days, email us at care@getpetcore.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

We know you've tried things before that didn't work. We know how that feels. That's why we don't ask you to trust the label — we ask you to try it and see for yourself.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at care@getpetcore.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for refund (optional — we mean it when we say no questions asked)

Our team will process your request promptly.

3. Refund Window

We accept refund requests within 60 days from the delivery date. Requests after this period cannot be accommodated.

4. Refund Details

Refunds are issued for the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the jar to receive your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jar arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to adjust your order, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once shipped, the order is subject to our standard refund policy above.
