Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing care@getpetcore.com. After 30 minutes, orders automatically enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded until delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch. This is estimated delivery window and may vary due to courier delays, high demand periods, or public holidays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed on the product page. Free shipping promotions may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@getpetcore.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Double-check your shipping address and delivery location
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier unless a successful carrier claim is made. Claims must be initiated within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

9. Return-to-Sender Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

PetCore is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
